Food is an integral part of any event. When planning an event with an "island" theme is important to keep that theme when you select your menu. Tropical Adventure Entertainment has a list of caterers that specialize in Caribbean cuisine or offer Caribbean Style menu. Don't settle for something similar, invest in the real thing.

It is important to know the size of the space you have allotted for the band. If the space will be shared with a dance floor, the band you consider should be able to fit that space with room for dancing. If the event is outdoors, it is necessary to have the steelband under a tent or any covered area, in the event of inclement weather or direct sunlight.
